d9ccb3a90a Refactoring. Quickly looked and remove some dumb things in IPC part. Align package/classes names to some appropriate naming convention, move PlayerToolbar to separate FXML+controller.

08aef521fe Update image, add save-window-size-on-close feature, start separating mplayer controls out of the in-app controller-class that should make application architecture more solid in future and give a chance to add other back ends support. Start code refactoring, adding copyleft banners.
